Construction of a brand new addition to the house which includes a living space, bathroom and kitchen. Construction of a brand new, much expanded summer kitchen. Expanding the pool deck 15 feet back, and redoing the tile. Resurfacing our pool and spa. Laying turf and new landscaping throughout the yard.
