Dealing with building rules and regulations as well as Covid restrictions and lack of help from supply chain. He was under the tutelage of Pancho Sanchez who is owner of Freedom. Pancho like everyone else was dealing with supply chain issues and deadlines. But he managed to keep everyone on point. Pancho has a great list of Sub contractors. I can't say enough how pleased I am with the renovation of my apartment. The final result speaks for itself in being absolutely beautiful, meticulously completed from start to finish. The owners, Pancho and Nick, ensure that the work is completed to the highest standards, with all trades people both skilled and professional. Their team builds the cabinetry so my kitchen and bathrooms are expertly constructed, as were closets including a custom wall closet added in the primary bedroom. I am absolutely thrilled with my place, a complete gut renovation in an older building.
